Step 2 · Your details and when supply begins

Who the order is for

You have 14 days to cancel a purchase without giving a reason. There is exactly one way that period can be cut short, and it is your own decision, taken here and before the order is placed: asking us to send your access link straight away, and acknowledging what that costs you. Both are needed, and neither is assumed.

Supply begins at the moment the email carrying your access link is sent. Nothing is downloaded. That email is the delivery, and it is the event both confirmations below are about.

The access link, the setup guide and the licence document all go to this address. Nothing is posted.

Before supply begins I ask for supply to begin immediately, inside the 14-day cancellation period: send the email carrying my access link as soon as the payment is confirmed, rather than waiting until that period has ended. I understand that supply begins when that email is sent, that once it has been sent I lose my right to cancel the items it covers, and that this does not affect my rights if what I receive is faulty, not as described, or not fit for a purpose I told the shop about.

Neither box is ticked in advance, here or at any later point: consent that arrives already ticked is not express consent and ends nothing. Leave either one untouched and the email waits until the 14 days are up, with your right to cancel intact throughout. Both are answered here, before the order is placed, and both are then recorded and repeated back to you in the order confirmation email, so you keep your own copy of what you agreed. Step 3 · Payment

Where the card details go

Payment is taken by a payment provider on its own secure page. There is no card form anywhere on this site, and no card number, expiry date or security code is ever typed into it, seen by it or stored by it.

The total in Step 1 is the amount charged. It is in pounds sterling and it is the whole of it: no delivery charge, card fee, handling fee or order minimum is added after that figure, and there is no subscription, renewal or second charge for an item bought once.

When the payment is confirmed you are brought back to an order confirmation with a reference on it, and the same reference and details go out by email.

The order is given a reference and confirmed on screen and by email, with the items, the total and your answers to the two confirmations in Step 2 repeated back to you.

If you asked for supply to begin immediately, the email carrying your access link, the setup guide and the licence document follows straight away. If you did not, it waits until the 14-day cancellation period has ended and your right to cancel runs in full until then; the Refund & Cancellation page sets out what each answer does and does not affect.

The access link opens the item in your own Framer account, where it stays. Nothing is posted, nothing is downloaded, and the Delivery & Service Terms page says what to do if the email does not arrive.

A Framer account is needed to open anything bought here, and any paid Framer plan, hosting upgrade or domain name is bought from those companies at their prices and paid for by you. None of that is included in the total above, and this shop receives nothing from it.
