Delivery & Service Terms
Revised 16 September 2026Everything sold here is delivered by one email. Whether it is sent as soon as the payment is confirmed, or waits until the 14-day cancellation period has ended, is your choice, made at the checkout. This page says what is in that email, what you need at your end, and which costs are yours rather than ours.
A sole trader is an individual in business on their own account. There is no company number and no registered office to quote, so none is shown here. Your rights as a consumer are the same as they would be against a company. The version of this document in force for an order is the one published when the order was placed, and a copy goes out with the order confirmation; changes are published here with a new date and are never applied backwards to an order already made.
What arrives after a purchase
An email to the address on the order, carrying three things:
- An access link. It is a Framer remix link, which opens the template in your own Framer account. From that moment the item is in your account and stays there; you are not borrowing it from us and we cannot take it back.
- A setup guide, as a PDF setup guide. It covers opening the item, where the words and pictures live, and publishing. For a page pack it also covers bringing the pages into a site you already have.
- A licence document naming what the purchase lets you do and what it does not. The same terms are summarised on the Terms of Service page.
Nothing is posted, and nothing is downloaded. There is no disc, no printed matter and no parcel, so no delivery address is asked for and no delivery charge exists. There is no file to fetch either: the link opens the item in your own account. Supply begins at the moment the email carrying your access link is sent. Nothing is downloaded. That is the moment supply begins, and the same moment is named on the checkout and on the Refund & Cancellation page.
The item page for each of the 10 items states how many pages it contains. That count is what you are buying, and it is the same figure in the shop window, on the item page, in the basket and here.
When it arrives, and why that is your choice
There are two answers, and which one applies is decided by you at the checkout.
If you ask for supply to begin immediately, the email is sent as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes. It is automatic and does not wait for anybody to be at a desk, so the hour of the day and the day of the week make no difference.
If you do not ask for that, the email waits until the 14-day cancellation period has ended and arrives then, and your right to cancel runs in full throughout. Nothing is sent early because it would be convenient, and immediate supply is never assumed on your behalf.
The two boxes that decide it, and what the first one costs you, are set out on the Refund & Cancellation page.
If nothing arrives
Look in the spam or junk folder first: an email carrying a link often lands there, and that accounts for most of it.
If it is not there, write to support@templary.cloud from the address you used for the order, or to Kateryna Pochynok, trading as Templary, 9 Garrick Rd. Lichfield WS13 7DR, England, United Kingdom, and say roughly when you ordered. The link will be sent again. There is no charge for that and no limit on how often it can be done.
A delivery that never arrives has not been delivered. If it cannot be put right, you are entitled to your money back, and the 14-day cancellation period cannot have been shortened by a delivery that did not happen.
What you need at your end
A Framer account of your own. Everything sold here opens in it. The account is yours and your relationship with that company is governed by their terms, not by ours.
Whatever plan Framer requires for what you want to do, including publishing a site. Their plans and prices are theirs, they change them when they choose, and no figure for them is printed here: quoting somebody else's price list would be quoting a number we cannot keep true.
A domain name, if you want your own web address, bought from a registrar and paid for yearly.
Your own words and pictures. Every item arrives empty of content. Nothing is written for you and no photographs are supplied.
An up-to-date browser. Nothing else is needed, and nothing has to be installed on your computer.
Costs that are yours, not ours
The price of an item covers that item. It does not include, and this shop takes no part in and receives nothing from:
- any paid Framer plan, now or later;
- any hosting upgrade bought from that company;
- a domain name and its yearly renewal;
- any third-party font, photograph or add-on you decide to buy for your site.
Nobody else's subscription is included in anything sold here, and none is implied. This shop is not a reseller for any of those companies, is not an agent for them and earns nothing when you pay them. Framer is the product and trade mark of its owner, which has no connection with this shop and does not endorse it.
What is not sold here at all
Work made to order. Building a site for you, changing a template to your requirements, writing your text, taking photographs, migrating an existing site or setting up anything on your behalf is not offered on this site at any price. What is sold is files and a guide, and the work of filling them in is yours.
Support beyond the files. Questions about what is in an item, whether it can do something, or why a step in the guide did not work are answered. Doing the step for you, and anything about your account with Framer, your hosting or your domain, is not.
Results. No promise is made about enquiries, visitors, search positions or sales. A layout is a layout.
What is checked before an item is listed
An item goes on sale only after the whole of it has been checked end to end: the files open in a clean account, the page count matches what the item page claims to the page, the setup guide is written, a working example is published, the licence document exists, and a test delivery has been sent, received and opened. Nothing is listed on the strength of being nearly finished.
For the 4 page packs there is one check more, because the site says the fit is checked: each pack is brought into each of the 6 site templates on the finished files before it is listed. All 10 items are described on their own pages in the same detail, and that description is what the item is sold as.
