Terms of Service
Revised 16 September 2026The agreement between you and this shop when you buy something here. It is written to be read before you buy, which is why the list of what is sold is the second section rather than an appendix.
A sole trader is an individual in business on their own account. There is no company number and no registered office to quote, so none is shown here. Your rights as a consumer are the same as they would be against a company. The version of this document in force for an order is the one published when the order was placed, and a copy goes out with the order confirmation; changes are published here with a new date and are never applied backwards to an order already made.
Who you are buying from
You are buying from Kateryna Pochynok, an individual trading as Templary. This is a sole trader, not a company: there is no registered company, no company number and no registered office, and nothing on this site claims otherwise.
Written notice can be given at Kateryna Pochynok, trading as Templary, 9 Garrick Rd. Lichfield WS13 7DR, England, United Kingdom. Email reaches the same person at support@templary.cloud. No telephone number is published, and messages about an order should go by email or by post so that there is a written record on both sides.
"We" and "us" below mean that person. "You" means the person buying. These terms are written for a consumer buying for themselves; if you are buying for a business, the cancellation rights in the Refund & Cancellation page are consumer rights and may not apply to you, though everything else here does.
What is sold here
10 digital items, and nothing else. 6 of them are complete website templates for Framer; 4 are packs of extra pages that are added to a site you already have and are not websites on their own. Each is bought once, for the price beside it, in pounds sterling:
Complete website templates

- SITE-02 Local Specialist Website, 4 pages (Home, Services, Area covered, Contact), £47
- SITE-03 Creative Portfolio Website, 4 pages (Home, Work, About, Contact), £50
- SITE-04 Workshop Business Website, 4 pages (Home, Projects, Services, Contact), £47
- SITE-05 Tutor Profile Website, 4 pages (Home, Lessons, About, Contact), £44
- SITE-06 Independent Studio Website, 4 pages (Home, Work, Services, Contact), £50
Page packs, which are not websites
- PACK-01 Case Study Page Pack, adds 4 pages to a site you already have, £31
- PACK-02 Services Page Pack, adds 4 pages to a site you already have, £27
- PACK-03 FAQ & Process Page Pack, adds 3 pages to a site you already have, £22
- PACK-04 Pricing Page Pack, adds 3 pages to a site you already have, £23
Each item is delivered as a Framer remix link, which opens the template in your own Framer account, together with a PDF setup guide and a licence document, all carried by one email. The page for an item states how many pages it contains and what is delivered with it; those statements are part of what you are buying, not advertising around it.
Nothing else is sold here. Building a website for you, changing a template to your requirements, writing your words, taking your photographs, hosting, maintenance and support beyond questions about the files are not offered on this site at any price.
An item is listed here only once it is finished. Before it goes on sale the files are opened in a clean Framer account, the page count is checked against what its page claims, the setup guide and the licence document are written, and a test delivery is sent, received and opened. Anything that has not been through all of that is not in the list above.
How an order is made
You choose items, they go in a basket kept in your own browser, and the checkout shows the whole amount before anything is confirmed. Nothing is ever put in the basket by us; suggested items carry a button of their own and wait for you to press it.
A price on this site is an invitation to buy, not the contract itself. The contract is made when we send you an order confirmation by email. If something is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than hold you to an obvious error; we will not send a different item instead.
You will be asked for an email address, because that is where the item and the confirmation go. What happens to that address is on the Privacy Policy page.
Price, currency and payment
Currency. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The figure beside an item is the figure charged for it. No delivery charge, card fee, handling fee or order minimum is added afterwards, and there is no bundle price, personalised price or discount anywhere on this site.
The whole amount is shown before you confirm. The checkout adds up the items in the basket from the published prices at the moment it draws the page, so a basket left open for a month cannot carry an old figure into an order.
Payment. Payment is taken by a payment provider on its own page, and you can see whose page it is before you enter anything into it. Card details go to that provider directly; they are never seen, handled or stored by this shop, and there is no card field anywhere on this site. What that provider is sent, and what it sends back, is on the Privacy Policy page.
What is delivered, and when
Delivery is digital: an access link and a guide, carried by one email to the address on the order. Nothing is posted and there is no physical product. Supply begins at the moment the email carrying your access link is sent. Nothing is downloaded.
When that email goes is your choice, made at the checkout. Ask for supply to begin immediately and it is sent as soon as the payment is confirmed. Leave that box untouched and it waits until the 14-day cancellation period has ended, with your right to cancel intact throughout. Immediate supply is something you ask for, not a property of what is sold.
The full account, including what to do if nothing arrives and what you need in order to use what you receive, is on the Delivery & Service Terms page. The only thing that can shorten your right to cancel is the consent you give at the checkout, and that is set out on the Refund & Cancellation page.
What the licence lets you do
Copyright in the templates and packs stays with us. What you buy is a licence to use them, and it allows the following:
- use the item to build and publish one website that is yours, or your own client's;
- change anything in it, as much as you like, including layout, colours and typefaces;
- use it commercially, on a site that sells things or advertises a business;
- keep using it for as long as you like. The licence does not expire and is not renewed.
What it does not allow:
- reselling, giving away or redistributing the item itself, changed or unchanged, as a template, theme or asset;
- including it in a product whose substance is the layout, such as a template bundle or a theme shop;
- sharing the access link so that other people obtain the item without buying it.
Building sites for clients with it is use, not redistribution, and is allowed: one purchase covers one published site, and a second site needs a second purchase. The licence document delivered with each item says the same thing in full, and if the two ever differ, the licence document delivered with your order governs your purchase.
Your rights if something is wrong
Digital content sold to a consumer has to be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose you made known before buying, and as described. That is the Consumer Rights Act 2015, sections 34 to 36, and nothing in these terms affects it.
If an item does not meet that standard you may be entitled to have it put right or replaced, to a reduction in price, or to a refund, and to compensation if faulty files damage a device or other digital content of yours where we have not used reasonable care and skill. How to ask, and what counts as a fault rather than a stated limit, is on the Refund & Cancellation page.
The description is the promise. What an item page says about the number of pages, what is delivered with it and what the item will not do is what the item is sold as. If a page here describes something inaccurately, that is our mistake and your remedy, not a matter of interpretation.
What you provide, and what you must not do
You supply the words, pictures and anything else that goes into the pages, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. Nothing is written or photographed for you, and no stock imagery is delivered with any item.
You need a Framer account of your own to open anything bought here. Your relationship with that company is yours, governed by their terms, and we are not part of it.
You must not use anything bought here to publish material that is unlawful, that infringes somebody else's rights, or that is designed to deceive people about who they are dealing with.
What we are and are not liable for
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. That includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud and fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that the law does not allow a trader to exclude.
Nothing in this section takes back what is given elsewhere. It does not reduce your statutory rights, it does not cut down the remedies in the section above, and it does not cancel anything the licence allows you to do. Where this section and the licence appear to disagree, the licence and your statutory rights win.
What is not covered, being outside anything we control:
- what Framer, a hosting provider or a domain registrar does, charges or stops doing;
- changes those companies make to their own software, plans or prices after you buy;
- results in the world: how many enquiries a site brings, where it appears in search, or what it earns;
- loss or damage caused by material you put into the pages yourself.
Otherwise, and subject to the paragraphs above, our liability to you for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Complaints, and if we cannot agree
Write to support@templary.cloud, or by post to Kateryna Pochynok, trading as Templary, 9 Garrick Rd. Lichfield WS13 7DR, England, United Kingdom. Say what happened and what you would like done about it.
A complaint is acknowledged within 2 working days and answered in full within 10 working days. If it needs longer than that, we will say so, and why, before those 10 days are up. The same undertaking appears on the Refund & Cancellation page and on the Contact page.
This business does not belong to an alternative dispute resolution scheme and no ombudsman covers it. If it joins one, it will be named here. You can take a dispute to court: consumer claims of this size are dealt with by the small claims track, which is meant to be usable without a solicitor, and free advice is available from Citizens Advice at www.citizensadvice.org.uk.
Changes, ending the agreement, and governing law
Changes. These terms may change, for example when a provider named on the Privacy Policy page changes or an item is added. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and a copy goes out with the order confirmation. A changed version is published here with a new date at the top; we do not apply a change backwards to an order already made.
Ending the agreement. Once an item has been delivered and any cancellation period has run, there is nothing continuing to end: you keep the files and the licence. We may end the licence only if you redistribute or resell an item, which is the one thing it forbids, and even then only after telling you what has happened and giving you a chance to stop.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and nothing here takes away a consumer protection you have under the law of the place where you live.
