Read this first

This is a set of pages, not a website

It adds 3 pages to a site you already have. There is no home page in it, no navigation and no contact page, so on its own it will not put anything on the internet. It is built to sit inside the site templates in this shop, and the fit with each of them is checked on the finished files. If you do not have a site yet, start with a site template.

What it is

Three pages for the questions that arrive by email until they are answered on the site: how this works, what happens after I get in touch, and what about the awkward parts. They are pages you add to a website you already have, not a website.

The first is a process page built as steps, with room at each step for who does what and how long it waits. The second is a question and answer page built to be scanned, not read. The third is the one most sites skip: the page for the questions with uncomfortable answers, such as what happens when a date moves or a job has to stop.

They are planned to sit inside the six site templates in this shop.

Character of the layout. One column throughout: steps numbered down the left, question rows kept short enough to scan.

The pages it adds

  1. 01How this works, written as steps
  2. 02Questions and answers, built to be scanned
  3. 03The awkward questions, answered plainly

3 pages, and that count is what the item is sold as. Every page arrives empty of words and pictures.

What you will be doing

Replace text and pictures

The layout is built to be published as it stands. You change the words and the pictures in the Framer editor and press publish. Nothing has to be moved for the pages to hold together.

No code is written at any point. The work happens in the Framer editor, in your own account.

What is delivered with it
  • A Framer remix link that opens the three pages in your own Framer account
  • A PDF setup guide covering how to bring them into a site you already have
  • A licence document naming what the purchase allows
What it does not do
  • Not a website. There is no home page, no navigation and no contact page in this pack
  • Needs one of the six site templates in this shop, or a Framer site of your own to put it in
  • No questions and no answers are written for you: the pages arrive empty

These are stated limits, not faults. They are printed here before you buy rather than discovered afterwards.

What this page says is what you are buying. The number of pages, what is delivered with the item and what it deliberately does not do are the description of it, not advertising around it, and the number above is exact rather than an approximation. If anything here turns out to describe the item inaccurately, that is our mistake and your remedy: the Refund & Cancellation page says what follows from it.

Suggestions, and nothing more. Nothing is added to your basket unless you press the button on it.
